The Archer 1200 Vehicle Barrier is a heavy-duty, portable anti-ram barrier system designed for rapid deployment at military checkpoints, perimeter security zones, and temporary access control points. Engineered to stop vehicles up to 15,000 kg GVW at speeds of 80 km/h, it meets K12 crash test standards (ASTM F2656-18) for the highest level of vehicle barrier protection.
Constructed from heavy-gauge structural steel with a welded box-section frame, each barrier unit weighs 1,200 kg and can be deployed by two personnel in under 5 minutes without tools or heavy equipment. The modular design allows for linear or staggered configurations to create vehicle inspection lanes, perimeter denial zones, and entry control points.
The Archer 1200 is manufactured from structural steel per EN 10025 S355JR, hot-dip galvanized for corrosion resistance, and is fully compliant with EU CE marking (EN 1090) and ISO 9001 quality standards. Its compact footprint and fork-lift compatible base make it ideal for temporary or permanent installation at embassies, military bases, government buildings, and critical infrastructure sites.
